Naked Saturday: 287.2 (-67.4)
Celebrating: The holidays, duh! (And a lot of carb-laden water retention, it seems.)
Grateful for: Thoughtful and generous friends, since my unexpectedly-extended medical leave ate up all of my vacation time and I did not get to go home for Christmas. I did, however, get to eat awesome food! As evidenced by my weigh-in number this week. PLEASE NOTE: Still under 289, my end-of-year goal. (Also note that my mid-week check-in weight, on the morning of Christmas Eve, was 281. Personally, I believe that much — though not all — of this week’s gain is made up of water.) I did indulge on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, but not like a crazy binger.
