Great mantra. And, as to the grateful for part… I hear ya sistah! Yeesh. While I know I should be happy they are consistent and “healthy”… is such a short turn time REALLY necessary? (Ironically, my gyne has suggested the pill that makes the cycle elongate to quarterly. Hmm….)
Congrats on the celebrating the quarter century! It is most definitely cause for celebration!

Consistency of any kind in that department IS something to celebrate, and you’re right–the behavioral changes are the important thing. Keep up the practice of building health, and the losses should come–keep having faith in yourself!

Your mantra sounds lovely.
Part of mine was a 2-lb up leeway - I didn’t sweat the fluctuations that were under 2 pounds - I kept the activity and the food in line and knew the scale would even out over time.
I also remember writing that the scale has a little UP as it settles into the DOWN - and this is the wonderful world of hormones. . .
