Nothing major

Just making little changes lately. You know, trying to cut back on white rice, eat fewer cookies, order the fish now and again, that sort of thing.

And I’m down 3 kilos, according to the scale on the 5th floor.

Not that I totally know what 3 kilos means, except that — according to a multiplication of 2.20462262 — I should no longer be OL.

Little stuff. The health equivalent of pennies in a piggy bank.

    Hi,

I am finally catching up with people in my RSS feeds and I was sorry to read how down you felt, glad that you are starting to feel a little better. Totally understand how the man in your life can make you even crazier about the diet thing. My husband doesn’t even have to say anything, I can just THINK he’s judging me and it makes me want to eat an entire bag of chips. He’s good about not saying anything (I asked) but you can’t make someone stop thinking.

Just wanted to say I get it.

Good to hear from you! How is dad? Metric huh? Sure.. make us work for it! ha ha. From what I can tell… pennies in the piggyback is where all change starts. (no pun intended).

Nice! 6.6 pounds is nothing to sneeze at. I’d take it! Glad to hear you’re doing all right!

It’s all about pennies in the bank. Congrats on the kilos!

I’m new to your blog and the whole blogging experience, but I am glad to see that I am not the only one with weight crisis and a man that wants to help but doesn’t know how. Don’t let yourself get too worked up about being OL… just do something about it. If it requires parking out in BFE and walking ALL THE WAY across the parking lot… do it. It sucks. But it seems to help a little bit, even if you can’t see the results right away. Small things like that work. 6.6 pounds would be awesome for me right now! :)

It may sound like its not much at all. But a little bit here and a little bit there, and it adds up after awhile.

    Keep up the good work.
