Maybe the reality is that the track is a long trail that meanders quite a bit and even has picnic tables with food on it on the wayside. Sometimes the view is pretty and other times, I've found myself standing on a cliff. But it's harder when you have the big self-loathing thing going on (and I fight that ALL THE TIME myself). You're right, there shouldn't be a track to be on or off. Me? I just hated the smug weigh in ladies.
