Week 9: 312.7 (-23.1)

Starting weight: 335.8
Last week: 313.7
This week: 312.7
Change this week: -1.0
Overall change: -23.1
Next milestone: 25 pounds gone

This wasn’t the greatest of eating weeks — not for lack of motivation or for out-of-control emotional eating (though there was plenty of opportunity for that…) but for raw stress and sheer lack of time. I was crazy with end-of-the-month deadlines and sudden job interviews and buying fresh new suits and, well, I ended up hungry, on the run, and out on the road a lot. I didn’t plan well. I didn’t prepare. And, I tried to make good choices, but in the end I didn’t stick to any one plan.

On the other hand, I didn’t go overboard. So, I’m pretty glad about that. I’m also sort of “between plans” due to the changeover from Weight Watchers, and didn’t plan well for that either. I’m not too worried and I’m not beating myself up about it. Yes, these kinds of weeks will slow my weight loss, but not kill it all together. Back on track this week, resuming Weight Watchers points system while I wait for the stress to die down a bit.

New pants, new size.

Meanwhile, I still posted a loss and this morning was able to fit into a pair of size 24 Old Navy pants. Holy crap, size 24. This is crazy.

Crazy awesome.

Not only are you fitting in to them, but they look great!. Shirt and pants are hanging well on your body, good for you.

Hooray for crazy awesome pants! Not only do they fit you well, but I’m thinking they’ll be on the baggy side in the not too distant future.

Oh, and how cute is your little pooch?! Clearly the dog approves too.

Progress is progress and you’re looking really good in those pants. Too bad you don’t live near me — I have a pair of Old Navy pants in size 24 w/ tags on them.

Your little dog is so cute!

BTW, you’re really close to 25# gone. Are you excited?
